What to expect
Monthly Meetings
Every second Wednesday at The Venue in the Cornhusker. Programming rotates quarterly between professional development, personal growth, and connection-focused fun.
Lunch is included.
Monthly Socials
Once a month, we find a great independent coffee shop, show up with no agenda, and just talk to each other like humans. No name tags. No structure. Just coffee and good company.
WISB Wednesdays
Every 5th Wednesday we do something worth showing up for. Candle making, craft nights, end-of-year celebrations. These are the nights friendships actually form, and your membership helps make them happen.

WISB was founded in Lincoln in 1987. Not as a leads machine or a referral network, but as a place for women in business to connect, develop, and support each other. That mission has not changed.
What has changed is the room. It looks different than it did in 1987, and that is exactly right. Our members span industries, career stages, and life seasons. Entrepreneurs and executives, career-pivoters and first-year business owners, showing up as the whole version of themselves.
Every year, WISB partners with a local organization doing meaningful work in Lincoln. Past partners have included the YWCA, Foster Care Closet, Echo Collective, Clinic with a Heart, and We Feed Children. We invest in Lincoln because Lincoln is where we live, work, and grow.
